So many of the network marketing system plans are very generic in design. The rules are all fairly straightforward, almost anyone can follow the step by step plans of finding prospects that will listen to the offer. Once the prospect decides to sign up with your company, you give them the support and plug them in.

This is how most plans within a network marketing system work. Their are structures and limitations built into the company’s program. Some of these rules are very necessary as safe guards, some are not. The problem arises when there are limitations to the rules a independent distributor can play by.

Playing within the structure of some MLM systems can limit options for more innovative approaches that many distributors run up against. They want to grow their business but cannot do it during certain stages of their growing phase because of the company’s plan structure holding them at bay.

The secret to overcoming some of these obstacles new distributors are faced with is building another system of your own within the company’s existing structure. This has to be done abiding by the set rules already in place by the company without breaking them. If you break the company’s set rules then you will be reprimanded, probably severely.

The major problem distributors face with their new company’s network marketing system is keeping their heads above the financial waters during the first year of working the program.

This is also why so many new distributors bail out within their first year working a company’s network marketing system. The new distributors may see the light at the end of that tunnel but they lose hope getting there within the company’s established structure before their money runs out.

There is a method called “The Renegade Network Marketer, by author Ann Sieg. She suggests the idea of adding an affiliate based program within the MLM program.

This “Renegade” method has proven to be very successful. As with any new approach, this approach has created a stir of misgivings with some in network marketing system circles. But this method does provide a cash flow to new distributors within those crucial “make, or break” early stages of the game.

Getting over the financial hump of any system is the crucial key to any new venture. The “Renegade Network Marketer” is worth a look at for those needing to survive the first year as a new independent distributor.
