Most network marketers get into the home business industry and don’t have a clue about marketing their business because they buy into hope instead of a business. This is why 97% of network marketers quit their business after a few months of trying thinking that what they bought into was a scam. The truth on MLM is they lacked the necessary training, which doomed their business from the very beginning.
Anyone can be a network marketer but not everyone will be a successful network marketer because what it takes is a willingness to learn new skills and do what ever it takes to become successful. Unfortunately the truth on MLM is to many old school recruiters paint an unrealistic picture of how easy it is and how anyone can do this. All they accomplish is setting prospects up for disappointment and failure.
This is not how to build a successful business by deceiving or tricking people into thinking it’s easy and anyone can do it just for the purpose of getting a signup. This is exactly the kind of nonsense that gives the home business industry a bad name.
The truth on MLM is this method is fundamentally flawed because the person that signed the prospect is just doing what they were told and probably struggling themselves. This is why there is a 97% drop out rate.
So, it simply boils down to the fact that not everyone can do this without some basic knowledge and marketing skills. Telling people it’s easy, anyone can do it, signup and the business will be built for them is a huge disservice because it’s simply not true.
To become a successful network marketer you will need some kind of business background or at least be willing to devote your time to training and learning marketing skills that are vital to building your business.
It’s possible to make big money online but it requires a great amount of effort and simply joining a business focused on the promise of making big money without any idea of how to build and manage a business is a fatal mistake.
When you build your business on a sound foundation, network marketing can be a fantastic business but training your prospects should begin from the very first time they e

Position yourself as a leader by offering valuable information that focuses on helping them to successfully build their home based business with training and education. Not a bunch of hype about how to make money online and how easy it is or how anyone can do it.
In fact, it should be focused on teaching. You need to be able to show someone exactly how he or she is going to build their business rather than pumping them up with an unrealistic picture of how they will make fast money online.
Giving them value instead of false hope is the key to earning trust, respect and building a long lasting relationship. Do for others before you do for yourself and you will become known as an authority that people can turn to for help.
